Newport Mills Limited, manufacturers of Nutramix and Front Runner feed wish to reassure our customers that even in these challenging times, we will SUPPLY AND SUPPORT our farmers.
As we work to minimize the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we wish to inform you, our valued customers of the different measures and changes to your operations.
Our Delivery of Livestock & Feed
Deliveries of baby chicks, feed, and pullets will not be affected by the newly imposed National curfew. (check official government sites for current curfew timeline.)
Our Mills are stocked with feed and other facilities maintain their supply of baby chicks and pullets.
Our Livestock Support Services
Our Vets and Livestock Specialists continue to support our farmers on our social media platforms, radio programs, and farm visits where needed and appropriate.
While our livestock support unit has reduced farm visits, our Vets and Livestock specialists are still also available through our social media platforms. Farmers are encouraged to reach out on @Farmnutramix on Facebook or Instagram with questions and/or concerns.
Our Increased Safety Measures
As we work to maintain the safety of our customers and employees, some customers may experience delays at our delivery docks as we limit the number of delivery trucks on our premises.
All visitors to Newport Mills will be instructed to utilize our sanitation stations at all entries of the factory, and maintain the recommended 3ft distance from other users of our facilities.
Our Opening Hours
Our opening hours of Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm will remain until further notice. Our Technical Sales representatives are also available by telephone for feed and baby chick orders, delivery queries and other sales-related information.
